I had the privilege of working with Davida during two particularly challenging periods of my life. Faced with the complex tasks of dividing non-marital property and also untangling myself from inherited property co-owned with multiple. In both situations, I felt overwhelmed and uncertain about the future. From our very first meeting, Davida’s expertise and compassionate approach put me at ease. Davida demonstrated an extraordinary ability to navigate the intricate legal landscape, ensuring that my interests were protected while maintaining fairness and respect for all parties involved. Her attention to detail, strategic thinking, and dedication resulted in a resolution that exceeded my expectations. Beyond her legal acumen, Davida’s empathetic nature and genuine concern for my well-being made a significant difference. She provided not only exceptional legal guidance but also much-needed emotional support throughout the process. I cannot recommend Davida highly enough. Her professionalism, integrity, and unwavering commitment to her clients make her an outstanding attorney and a remarkable person. If you are in need of legal assistance, especially in matters as sensitive and complex as property division, Davida is the advocate you want by your side.

Davida Bortmes from the first conversation we had. She is an absolute professional, has been very attentive and has excellent communication skills. After telling her what I wanted, she did everything in her power to help me get what I wanted. I have referred her to several family members and friends. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Davida represented me in a family matter, not too long ago, and I am forever grateful for having the pleasure of working with her. Something that Davida said resonated with me: “Clients tend to hire attorneys who act like them,” or words to that effect, and she couldn’t have been more accurate. I’ve worked with many attorneys in the past, and I found that the most reliable ones are the ones to whom I can relate. I consider myself to be a very honest and intelligent person, therefore, I tend to retain Attorneys who exemplify those qualities, and that’s why I hired Davida. To merely say that Davida is just an honest and intelligent person would be an understatement, she’s much more than that. Davida is the type of person you would want on your team because you know that no matter what happens she will always have your best interest at heart. After Davida represented me, my case didn’t go in the direction I would have liked it to, but it was the best possible outcome for me at that time. Would I have loved for things to go completely in my favor? Absolutely, but that’s not always the case, especially when you’re a male fighting for your child/ children in the courts. That tidbit of knowledge wasn’t something I learned after that fact with Davida; that was something she told me in the beginning, so I wasn’t upset when things did not go in my favor, I was grateful. I was grateful because I found an Attorney who was forthright and honest with me and grateful to have met such a genuinely good person; those are rare these days. If you’re reading this review, I would highly recommend that you contact Davida if you’re in need of legal assistance. Davida is fair, honest and extremely intelligent – all the qualities that make a wonderful Attorney. And, not only that, she is someone who you can rely on, who will have your best interest at heart.
